Under current statute, qualified staff employed on September 1st will be eligible for the funds.  On, or about, September 2nd, the budget office will send list of employees to each principal to certify those qualified.  Over the next two weeks, this information will be uploaded to ClassWallet.  Funds will be available during the 4th week of September.  You will receive emails with your login information at that time.

All Teachers, Media Specialists, and certified Counselors:

Only classroom teachers, media specialists, and counselors with a teaching certificate employed by the district on September 1, 2017 will qualify for the funds, which is estimated to be in the range of $250-$270.  The final amount will depend on the number of staff that qualify.

We will again be utilizing ClassWallet as our online purchasing vendor.  Also, out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed by uploading receipts into the ClassWallet platform for purchases made on or after July 1, 2017.
