The teachers listed below were selected as 2012 Developer Grant Recipients. They were chosen after submitting a description of a program that they had developed and used in their classroom or school. That program was deemed innovative, successful and replicable by a panel of judges. Classroom Developer Grant recipients will receive $600- $400 as a gift and $200 to purchase surplus classroom supplies. School to School Developer grant recipients will receive $1,000- $200.00 as a gift and $800.00 for supplies deemed necessary for the school.

Each teacher/school will have a page dedicated to them in the Idea Catalog of Excellence which is published online. Teachers will also design a booth and present at the 2012 Idea Expo, also this Fall. Teachers from Polk and Hardee Counties will be invited to visit the Idea Expo and apply for money to replicate an idea they see they could use in their own classroom or school.

The Teacher to Teacher/School to School Connection is administered by the Polk and Hardee Education Foundations.
