Babies & You and Healthy Addition® Prenatal Program Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida are offered at no cost to all Polk County School Board employees enrolled with Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance. This is a March of Dimes preconception program designed to promote healthy pregnancies and prevent birth defects. Topics include pregnancy preparation, genetics, stress, exercise, eating, and how to care for your newborn baby. *To be eligible for the $100 reimbursement, the program MUST be completed NO LATER than the end of your first trimester. If you are considering parenthood, the end of your first trimester of pregnancy must fall within five years following completion of the program.
