The Babies and You and Babies 1st programs have resumed! You will receive $200 for your special delivery when you participate in both programs!
An educational program designed to promote healthy pregnancy and prevent birth defects. This comprehensive program focuses on topics such as preparing for pregnancy, genetics, stress, exercise, eating, and your newborn baby. You will receive $100 after the birth of your baby for participating in the program!
Register for the Babies and You program online or by calling 648-3057. When registering online - Log in and select Wellness from the drop-down menu.
A comprehensive and confidential program for expectant mothers, which provides valuable maternity benefits including prenatal risk assessment, educational materials, a 24 hour toll free nurse hot line, and an OB newsletter. Please visit the Babies 1st website for more information on the program. You will receive $100 after the birth of your baby for participating in the program!
Babies & You and Babies 1st are offered at no cost to all Polk County School Board employees covered under the Blue Cross/Blue Shield health insurance plan. A $100 participation incentive is given after delivery to those completing the requirements for each program (a maximum of $200 for fully completing both programs).
