Polk County Public Schools
The Office of Magnet, Choice and Charter Schools is implementing a revised student assignment plan. The changes are due to the 2007 Supreme Court ruling that addresses the use of race as a factor in individual assignment determinations for magnet or choice schools.

The Office of Magnet, Choice and Charter Schools will be conducting information meetings in January to review the changes to the student assignment plan and offer an opportunity to seek additional information.
