Voices of Angels: Rochelle School of the Arts Women’s Chorus
November 26, 2012
Rochelle School of the Arts Women’s Chorus performed at the 2012 Florida American Choral Directors’ Association (ACDA) State Conference on Friday, November 2. This year, the conference was held at Seminole State College in Lake Mary. The seventh and eighth graders were the only middle school students invited to perform and the first choir from Polk County selected to perform at an ACDA conference. Over the last couple of months, the students worked diligently to prepare a 25 minute program. It paid off! The choir brought a musical intensity to the performance that is matched by few.
