George Jenkins High School (GJHS) Instructors James Sweeney and Bridget Gilmore worked tirelessly with the team to get them prepared for the competitions. Of the win, GJHS Principal Buddy Thomas says, “Mr. Sweeney and Mrs. Gilmore worked diligently with our students after school for many weeks. This award was accomplished by the hard work and dedication of both instructors and the students. I am so proud of our students and the instructors.”

Mr. Sweeney applauds the girls’ efforts and commitment to excellence. “I am more proud of the girls because of their dedication, work ethic and desire to learn. I am fortunate to instruct such a wonderful group of young ladies.”
