Polk County Public Schools
The following middle school and high school students were honored at the school district’s About Face Awards ceremony for making improvements in grades, attendance, behavior, disposition or attitude toward school or themselves.
The event was held at the Bartow Civic Center and was attended by students, their families and mentors, school district staff and administrators, school board members and community members. The About Face Awards are sponsored by Tampa Electric.
