The Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS) is a network of state and federally-funded centers which provide support services to exceptional student educators, children, parents, and community agencies.

08-09 End of Year Report

FDLRS provides services in four areas:

Child Find
Child Find assists with identifying children with special needs who are currently not enrolled in school.

Human Resource Development (HRD)
Also known as Professional Development, the FDLRS HRD program offers training to staff members on a variety of instructional strategies.

Transition
Facilitates the transition from being a student in high school to becoming an adult in the community.

Parent Services
The function of Parent Services is to provide training opportunities and information about support groups and community resources.

Technology
FDLRS offers a wide variety of resources and professional development to help with teaching and learning.
