Pupil Accounting | District Information | Polk County Public Schools

The Pupil Accounting and Records Office of the Polk County School Board works with school staff and with parents, former students, government agencies, real estate offices, and many other organizations.

As part of our department's responsibilities, we:

Maintain lists of graduates and numbers of students enrolled in the County.
Archive transcripts and other student records.
Maintain and update school zones and boundaries.
Authorize student transfers between schools under the guidelines of a Federal Court Order.
Work with new students who plan on attending one of the public schools in the Polk County School District.
