Our mission is to work cooperatively with administrators, clerical staff, counselors and district office personnel to maintain the accuracy and integrity of data in our district’s student information system.
To assist in achieving our goals we provide the following:
- Security access for Genesis users
- Maintains School Master Records, Attendance and Scheduling Configurations, School Calendars as it applies to attendance and scheduling in Genesis.
- Timeline and procedures for FTE Survey data including ESE, ELL, Vocational and DJJ students
- Timeline and procedures for grade reporting including staff records, scheduling, permanent records, GPA, report cards, attendance, honor roll and class rank
- Training sessions for FASTER (Electronic Records), Discipline, Adult/Career Education, FTE, Security, Scheduling, Grade Reporting
- Staff support and information to assist in reporting accurate data to the DOE for graduation rate, dropout rate, class size, discipline, driver license compliance and Talented 20
- Connect-ED / Genesis assistance
