Help Desk provides support for the following applications: E-mail, EleGrade, Excent, Genesis, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office Products, Polk-ID, PEAS, E-PAF, PDS Scheduler, SAP, TAMS, Volunteers.
The IST Help Desk handled 41,000 phone calls and approximately 25,000 e-mails in the past 12 months. Over 180 training classes and numerous one-on-one training sessions were conducted by Help Desk staff.
