Lori Cunningham is serving her second four-year term on the School Board. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida in 1985. Since October 2007, Mrs. Cunningham has served as the Executive Director of the Lake Wales Arts Council, Inc.
Mrs. Cunningham is active in the community and is currently serving as a Director on the Boards of the East Polk County Committee of 100 and the Polk Arts Alliance. She serves on the Florida School Boards Association and Central Florida Public School Boards Coalition. In addition, Mrs. Cunningham is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Lake Wales, where she has served on the Board of the Women of the Church and leads a 12th grade girls Discipleship group.
