The Mimosa Archive folder is simply an empty folder that acts as a doorway to the archive's web interface. There is a web address set in the folder properties that tells it where to take you whenever you click on it. If this web address is removed, you will see the empty folder (hence, the 'no items'). Make sure that the web address is still set on the Home Page tab of the folder Properties. View this document to see how.
Pop-Ups may be blocked. Look toward the top of the archive window and see if there is a yellow information bar asking if you want to allow pop-ups. Choose to Always Allow Pop-Ups from NearPoint. After allowing pop-ups, please follow the above listed steps again. We are working on a way to eliminate this prompt. (The Fix: see User Friendliness above.)
