Polk County Public Schools is offering Google Apps! Google Apps (aka myPolkApps) is a set of collaboration tools, including calendar, document sharing services, website authoring services and more. These new services are an exciting way to communicate and collaborate with staff and students!

Staff will use their Polk-Fl credentials (i.e., john.test - same as your email).
Students will have email; staff will not.
Students will use their Polk ID credentials (i.e., johnt4).
Last year was the pilot year and Principals had to approve the use of Google Apps in their schools. This year, however, all schools will automatically be able to use Google Apps. In fact, all school staff who have email accounts can log in and begin using Google Apps right now!
