Free VPK(Voluntary PreK) programs are being offered at Highlands Grove Elementary and Valleyview Elementary in Lakeland. There will be a 3 hour morning session and a three hour afternoon session offered. Four year olds going to kindergarten in the fall of 2010 are eligible for one of these sessions, Enrollment is limited. Applications are available at school offices or call (863) 648-3047. Extended day services are available at a local child care facility.
