The meeting is to approve a proposed binding letter of intent regarding material terms of a lease to be negotiated between the School Board of Polk County, Florida and Sun ‘ n Fun Fly-In, Inc. The school board will hold a public hearing regarding school boundary lines during the previously announced regular school board meeting of Tuesday, March 16. The public hearing will begin no earlier than 1:30 p.m., March 16 in the auditorium of the district administrative office, 1915 South Floral Avenue, Bartow. Shortly after the commencement of the previously announced regular school board meeting of March 16, the regular meeting will close and the special meeting regarding the bonding will open. The special meeting regarding the bonding will begin no earlier than 1:30 p.m., March 16 in the auditorium of the district administrative office, 1915 South Floral Avenue, Bartow.
