Superintendent, Dr. Sherrie B. Nickell, appointed Mr. William Kyle Windham, Principal of Frostproof Middle/Senior High School at the Jan. 17, 2012 Polk County School Board Meeting. Mr. Windham’s appointment took effect January 2, 2012.
Kyle Windham began his career with Polk County Public Schools as a Math teacher at McLaughlin Middle in 1995. From 1998 – 2007, Mr. Windham was a Math teacher at Frostproof Middle/Senior. He was appointed Assistant Principal of Administration at Dundee Ridge Middle in 2007. Since 2008, Mr. Windham has been the Assistant Principal of Administration at Fort Meade Middle/Senior.
